Keith Warren is the President of Warren & Co. Inc.-Management Solutions which he founded in September 1997. Keith began his career as an intern with Mike Weeks and Associates in 1991 when he was named Executive Assistant to the Board of Electrical Contractors. Shortly thereafter he was named administrator of the Board and assumed supervision of the Boards operations.
Keith serves as the Executive Director for the following: Alabama Board of Electrical Contractors; Alabama State Board of Auctioneers; Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Geologists; Alabama Massage Therapy Board; Alabama Board of Podiatry, Alabama Dry-cleaning Environmental Response Trust Fund Board, Alabama Security Regulatory Board, Alabama Sickle Cell Oversight and Regulatory Commission and the Alabama Board of Examiners of Landscape Architects.
He is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Boards.
Keith started his career in politics early on when he was adopted at the age of 5 weeks by Mr. & Mrs. James E. “Jimmy” Warren, who served 32 years in the Alabama House of Representatives. Keith was five weeks old when he visited the Alabama State Capitol with his new parents and being presented to Legislative Staff, Members and other State Officials.
Keith is active in numerous civic and professional organizations. He earned life time membership in the Nationwide Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Business in February 1999. He is a member of the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce. Keith is also the President of the Alabama Association of Regulatory Boards and is Past President and member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Boards (NASCLA). NASCLA is a national organization located in Phoenix, Arizona, promotes construction standards and licensing throughout the United States. Keith is the Past-President of the Alabama Association of Regulatory Boards. He is a member of Dalraida United Methodist Church of Montgomery, Alabama and also sings in the choir. He is currently a student at Huntingdon College.

Hope Childers is the Director of Operations for Warren & Company, Inc. Hope brings almost six years of banking experience to the staff. Through her banking career, she learned how a Branch operated on a daily basis, from a teller’s position to a loan counselor. With her training, she was able to accommodate the public with their daily finances; whether it was simple tasks such as operating a cash drawer or the more complex tasks such as counseling and lending. She also was responsible for auditing loans to ensure the loan documents were correct based on guidelines. Due to her knowledge and experience, Ms. Childers was often responsible for training others within her Branch. Ms. Childers holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Troy State University of Montgomery and has been with the company since August 2000.
The above mentioned educational background and extensive financial experience is used now to provide Warren & Company clients with superior financial processing and public services. Hope is responsible for the administrative duties of the Alabama State Board of Auctioneers, the Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Geologists, Alabama State Board of Podiatry and Alabama Board of Home Medical Equipment Services Providers. Her financial skills provide a significant service to client state boards in processing financial vouchers through the State Comptroller Office and making deposits to the State Treasury in a responsible and efficient manner. Over the past year, she has also had extensive training with the State’s New Accounting System, STAARS (State of Alabama Accounting and Resource System).

Randy Barrows has been a member of Warren & Company since 2004 and is the Deputy Director of Operations for Warren & Company, Inc. Randy is responsible for many administrative duties and serves as Administrator for the Alabama Board of Electrical Contractors, Alabama Security Regulatory Board, Alabama Board of Massage Therapy, and the Alabama Drycleaning Environmental Response Trust Fund Board.

James currently works as the Director of Regulatory Investigations for Warren & Company which manages numerous State Regulatory Boards. James conducts and coordinates investigations that lead to Regulatory, Civil and Criminal prosecutions. The goal of every investigation is to provide prompt professional investigations / inspections that provide the citizens of the State confidence in the licensee they employee.
Mike James held a long term law enforcement career centered with the DeKalb County Alabama Sheriff’s Department where he held every position within the Sheriff’s Office except Sheriff. Over 20 years James was assigned to Investigations where he held a variety of assignments and was assigned to numerous State and Federal task Forces.
James held a duel career path and retired from the Alabama Army Guard as a Master Sergeant in 2006.
James has taught Local, State, Military and Federal first responders in a variety of topics including Crime Scene Techniques, Civil Disorder, and Civil Disorder Management. He still speaks to numerous law enforcement and regulatory agencies concerning current issues involving the regulatory Boards he represents.

Reneé Reames is the Executive Secretary for Warren & Company, Inc. She joined the staff in July, 2010. Reneé brings over 30 years of executive secretarial experiences, along with experience in sales and investment banking. Her various experience in administration and office management, along with exceptional customer service, provide the skills to assist the Executive Director, staff and the boards managed by Warren & Company, Inc.
LEGAL ASSISTANT

Jennifer Love is the Legal Assistant for Warren & Company, Inc., and joined the staff in 2016. Jennifer brings over 30 years of legal experience to the staff. Through her experience she has drafted and filed pleadings on a variety of cases and communicated with clients throughout the legal process. She is responsible for processing consumer complaints for each of the Boards managed by Warren & Company. She is also experienced in management which enables her to prioritize cases, working to expedite the complaint process.
Jennifer works closely with the Investigator for each Board as well as the Board’s legal counsel. She also monitors the compliance of licensees of each Board as a result of inspections conducted by the Board’s investigator. She is responsible for coordinating Board administrative hearings, maintaining communications with hearing officers as well as the consumers who have filed complaints in these cases.

Leigh Moorer joined Warren & Company early in 2016. She brings 7 years’ previous experience managing the Alabama Board of Examiners of Landscape Architects where she was responsible for all aspects of that Board’s management, including oversight of Legislative activities. She also brings 10 additional years of work experience with the Alabama Medicaid Agency and five years’ experience in association management.
Leigh is the Administrator of the Alabama Board of Examiners of Landscape Architects as well as the Alabama Board of Interpreters and Transliterators. She also provides support for four additional boards, including the Alabama State Board of Auctioneers, the Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Geologists, the Alabama Board of Home Medical Equipment, and the Alabama State Board of Podiatry.
She is a graduate of Auburn University, with a degree in Communications and minors in Political Science and Journalism.

Jenna Lanier has been a Licensing Specialist for Warren & Company, Inc., since 2013. Through her previous experience, she learned to provide exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Job duties include processing new and renewal applications, correspondence, data entry, necessary banking functions, mailing of licenses and other administrative duties. She also handles any walk-in traffic or phone inquiries on behalf of the Alabama Board of Massage Therapy and the Alabama Board of Electrical Contractors. A native of Montgomery, Jenna is currently working towards her Bachelor’s in Business through Troy University’s online program.
