Concept 1

Warren & Company can reduce the administrative overhead through a concept of shared professional time, services, and equipment.  Many state boards with full-time staffs maximize staff employment levels to accomplish the basic needs of the organization; however, costs of such staffing and equipment usually discontinues when programs or priorities change.  W&C provides the management, staff, and equipment only as a state board requires services to meet current objectives, thereby preserving financial resources to further prioritize in such areas as administration, development, and public relations.  Under Warren & Company’s philosophy of management, the client’s administrative and program dollar is fully and economically utilized at all times.
Concept 2
